HOW WE BEGAN
A table, twelve people, and a prayer for the city.
Harbor began around a dining-room table with a simple conviction: people should have a place to bring their full story while discovering the steady hope of Jesus.
What started small has become a multigenerational church serving families, students, neighbors, and people rebuilding faith after a long time away.
WHAT SHAPES US
Grace for real life.
We tell the truth about our lives and trust that grace is strong enough to meet us there.
People over programs.
Programs are useful only when they help people know God, find community, and practice love.
For the whole city.
We seek the flourishing of Annapolis through generous presence, practical service, and faithful witness.

We believe in one God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—and in Jesus Christ, fully God and fully human, whose life, death, and resurrection reconcile us to God.
We believe Scripture tells the true story of God and forms us for faithful life. We believe the Church is a diverse family sent to embody the love, justice, holiness, and hope of God.
